Refund Policy

At Clarity Marketing Audits, we take pride in delivering high-quality, insight-driven audit reports designed to give your business clarity and confidence in your marketing strategy.
 

Because our audits are digital services tailored specifically to each client, we are unable to offer automatic refunds once work has begun.
 

However, we do offer the following:

• Pre-Audit Refunds: If you change your mind before we begin work, you are entitled to a full refund. Please notify us within 24 hours of purchase by emailing info@claritymarketingaudits.co.uk.

• Partial Refunds or Credit: If you decide to cancel after work has started but before the audit is completed, please contact us as soon as possible. Any refund offered will depend on the amount of work completed up to that point and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to find a fair resolution reflecting the effort and resources invested.

• No Refunds Once Audit Is Completed: After the full audit report has been delivered, refunds are generally not available due to the time and resources invested.
